Applying next cycle. Grades won't change much and these are what my ECs will look like by the time I apply:

TX resident, applying to all TX schools + Baylor (reach). Not sure if I'll apply outside TX yet
cGPA: 3.7
sGPA: 3.8
MCAT: 517
Clinical Volunteering: 220 hours total - 110 in a hospital and 110 in a charity diabetes clinic
Shadowing: 40 hours shadowing an internist
Non Clinical Volunteering: 220 hours total - 180 hours in a public health volunteer internship, 40 hours doing various random volunteer activities
Research: ~100 hours in a genetics lab (Weakest part of my app, starting this next semester and this is about as much as I can squeeze into my schedule
Other: Started a club (non-health related), IM sports

Thanks!

Baylor is not a reach with your stats... if your ECs are cool, then you’ve got great chances everywhere
