Anyone else to the point where they're submitting for payback?
I have something like 24 loans spanning over a decade and they want ALL of that information including individual disbursements for each loan. I don't have the original promissory notes and FedLoan says once they get the DD 2475 they send the promissory notes to Army/RCMS but you can't enter the info to PRINT the DD 2475 without uploading each promissory note. So I'm stuck in a CATCH-22.
Anyone else run into problems like this? Feel free to PM me. I could use some help.
