Hey all - I'm an incoming D1 who fell in love with OMFS after learning about the field as a patient and through shadowing. Though I understand OMFS, in theory, is very different than in practice, assuming that I stay the course, what would you recommend I do over the next four years to be as competitive as possible for an in-service Navy residency in 2028? (In addition to a high GPA/CBSE score.) Love to hear any thoughts
