Hey guys, according to my Navy recruiter the board is NO LONGER accepting any more applications for the 4 year HPSP. I was wondering, however, if that means they ALSO are no longer accepting applications that could be placed on the OML (Order of Merit List). The reason why I was wondering this is because I am still interested in a 3 year HPSP. From my understanding, applicants who are on the OML have priority to be selected for the 3 year HPSP. Is this correct for both the Army AND the Navy? Any input or knowledge about any of this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
