HPSP: ARMY vs. NAVY vs. AIR ???

hey everyone!! im planning to apply for the HPSP but i'm curious for the differences between these and how you guys choose based on these options?
is there a "better" option?

do they all require similar obligations? (serve 4 years after)

From talking to recruiters when I was thinking about HPSP, there are some differences in residency options between the branches with I think Army having the most options. Army and Navy have 4 year options as well as some much more limited three year options, and I think air forces tends to not have 4 year options (at least based on what my recruited told me two years ago)
