OK, if you get HPSP scholarship, and the tuition for Medical School is 30K a year. Do you get and refund back? Thank You

Ok, if the tuition and other fees are 17K a year, and and the scholarship you get is 25K. So is there any refund? the money that left over? thank you sorry for newbie question

HPSP will pay for all of your tuition/fees/required books and equipment. There should be no excess. Now if you are awarded other scholarships which pay towards tuition, you could be refunded that money.

To clarify the HPSP is not a set value scholarship, it will pay for tuition, books, instruments, and stipend whichever school you attend, no more, no less.
