hSDN Class of 2012

And Ceph... Everyone knows that when a new class of thread is made, you flame the carp out of it. Then when it is carp free, as those fish are the weeds of the fish world, you wish them good luck.

Well 5 hours and 37 seconds into this searching montage, I find my keys...

Challenge accepted. :meanie: Kidding. I'm too nice to flame people. And glad to hear you found your keys! Where were they?

In my dresser... Rather obvious but still took me 5 hours... Ironically, when I found them, the song that played on my ipad next was "You found me" by The Fray.

About 45 days not counting spring break which starts tomorrow until school gets out this sentence needs commas.

I love when that happens. Except in places where it's really awkward to do so, like in quiet libraries, and when you try to stifle your laughter it comes out as a remarkably undignified snort. Not that I speak from personal experience or anything. Nope. Not at all. 😀

Ah, the undignified snort. Bane of my existence.

Also, I so tired. Stayed up until 3AM after getting up at 5 that morning. Yay for lazy saturdays after wild fridays.

It just occurred to me that I did not wear one fleck of green today. Sorry, St. Patrick. 😛

 I was also going to add that I had escaped without getting pinched, but so much for that! 😛

Hahaha!

So I was at work today, and all of a sudden, this kid started balling. Guess what happened.

Oh wait, you'll never get it. He shoved a seashell up his nose and couldn't get it out. In a movie theater...

 I have to admit, that trumps my weirdest work experience. Nearly had a woman throw her shoe at the chairman of a local health board a while back, and then there was a scuffle outside and the police were nearly called. No seashells were involved, sadly.

Oh my gosh. It doesn't get much more random than that. 😛

What is that I don't even..

So, that 8th grade thread had a "I want to be a neurosurgeon", a "what should I do now" and a "will what college I go to affect my chances" in one thread. I'm both impressed, and not going near it ever again.

😛 Give the kid some slack, he/she is only in 8th grade after all 😉 I say props to them for having a dream and thinking ahead. Even if the questions they asked have been answered 109284 times over 'round these parts. 😛

In other news, I'm happy to report that it is supposed to be ~80 degrees here tomorrow. I finally gave in and have started swapping out my winter stuff for my summer stuff, haha.

...watch there now be a huge blizzard in April or something. 😛

I really don't mind, I said the exact same things when I started. I just know exactly how everyone else feels know... This place has made me slightly apathetic towards these things.

What are you looking at?

No, I was just... I like that shirt, what kind of shirt is that?

It's a white t-shirt.

Oh ok.

-Scrubs.

Heeheehee... Oh scrubs.

I read that thread as well. I loled when the Jpatel said he shouldn't worry about it until he was a sophie. Wonder why he put the line there. Oh, to be young and have career plans.

Yeah, I saw that two and 😀. It's cool that they are thinking about it already, but they should be preparing together into college, not be a doctor, at that age.

Yeah, there is a reason you cant even volunteer at that age.

Spring Break! W00T! (Yeah, I just wooted).

Getting my video game on. Haven't played in ages, going to beat ff 13 and start ff 13-2! Also got fallout 3 for 10$.

PC or Xbox? I played Fallout:NV over the summer, was awesome. Currently on MW3 and Mario Kart 7, although with school I am unable to regress into my inner gamer as often as I like. My friend is playing FF13-2, loves it.

box, wish that I had a powerful pc.

😛 I must admit I giggled a little at that as well.

Woop woop for spring break! I am on spring break phase 1... My CC's spring break is this week. My school break isn't until the week leading up to Easter. 😛 Anyone going anywhere fancy shmancy?

Luckily my dad likes to keep a monster desktop PC at home for his astronomy shtuff and also for some very RAM intensive mapping programs. It took forever before he let me use it for gaming, but I am eternally grateful.

Nope, just staying at home. Also, I just had the most unproductive day ever.

Haha. Unproductive days during break are a beautiful thing. 👍

Ouch. Yeah, perhaps not then, ha. What's it about?

The Odyssey. I figure if I write 1 page a day this spring break, I'll have 7 pages done and it won't be too bad.

So I think I've figured out a fair way to decide who gets to make the class of 2020 thread (unless some non hsdner does it first). Who ever gets the 1000th post on this page gets to make it in August. Seem fair? Even if you're pre vet. It would be hilarious if you started it.

Hello, Fellow Class of 2012ers'. I am the starter of Class of 2014 thread and just stopped by to see how things are going for you guys! LOL don't hate. Apparently, your class is much more "threadactive" then mine LOL take care

We had the weirdest British Lit class yesterday. Started out with going outside to do some review questions on MacBeth, and ended with us burying a $2.00 MacBeth book in the courtyard with a eulogy. It was an interesting class, to say the least.

I kept reading Burying as Buying... I was confused for a minute, now I'm more confused.

Haha, sounds like a very interesting class indeed, AHMD! My AP Lit class was actually kinda fun today. We're doing a unit on drama, so we started reading through this play called The Glass Menagerie. My teacher had us pick parts and read it out loud. We really got into it, this one guy who played this character named Tom was literally yelling at one point  I was kind of surprised the teacher next door didn't poke her head in 😛

We listened to "good Feeling" by Flo Rida in our english class.

Edit: my teacher is like 60.

Holy ****... Watching scrubs and my favorite song and line in scrubs happen to be in the same episode!!!

"Nothing in this world that's worth happening comes easy." - Kelso

Collide - Howie Day.

😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀

Only allowed 10 smilies 🙁.

😀 You know, I have only ever seen a few bits of a couple Scrubs episodes here and there. I feel like based on the abundance of Scrubs references around here that it must be pretty awesome stuff though, and something I need to check into! *mental note*
