I'm fretting right now because I submitted my AMCAS application but I'm taking several required courses for med this (aka my senior) year (English and physical chemistry).

Can I still be conditionally accepted based on if I pass these courses (the people on the other forum said yes)? These courses were not on the transcript I sent to AMCAS over the summer and I'm concerned.

Thanks!

There are a few med schools that require the prerequisite grades to be on your application transcript, but for the most part, provided you complete the prereqs prior to matriculation, you'll be fine. You will prove this by submitting a final transcript after graduation to the one med school you'll attend.

You might send schools a fall update (where allowed) after you get the grades so they know the coursework has been completed, if you didn't include them as FUTURE classes on the AMCAS transcript when you submitted.

I took two English classes (one during fall, one during spring) my senior year and also Physics II during spring semester senior year.

I did have them on "future coursework" on AMCAS though.
