hey all,
i've started to read hy cell/molec bio this week. there are tons of little details in this book. for those of you that used this book, how did you go about remembering all this? for instance, is it really necessary to snoRNAs and what they do?

Trust your gut on the kinds of details that are unimportant. Step 1 is difficult because of its breadth, and because it requires mastery of the essentials. Trivial details are a very small part of the exam.
