From the TPRH Science Workbook:
When pathogens invade tissues, they trigger an inflammatory response which dilates blood vessels. This leads to:
D. an increase in fluids entering the tissues
Can anyone explain this to me? I thought dilating blood vessel = decreasing blood pressure = lower hydrostatic pressure to let fluids enter the tissues
Thanks
