Hyponatremia case report - What journal should I submit to?

So I am writting up a case report of severe paraneoplastic hyponatremia (i.e. Serum sodium of 100). I am not too familiar with journals that take this kind of thing. The guy I am working with suggested the Medical Science Monitor. What do you all think about that one? Any other suggestions?
