I can submit before taking my DAT?

yup! it's totally fine. Submit maybe to your top school only and then once you get your DAT scores, submit to more schools if you're satisfied with your scores (just to save money in case you don't do well on that DAT). If you submit now, AADSAS could work on your GPA verification and get it ready by the time you take your DATs. Once you take your test, some schools might accept unofficial scores from you and start reviewing your application!
