i know im behind most of you SDN-ers when it comes to completing my application process. So i thought I would try to find the secondary applications that DO schools have online and begin work on those prematurely.
I remember seeing a link to them before....but I did a few searches and came up empty handed. Does anyone know the link, or the individual links to the secondary applications?

so whats the trick to writing a secondary essay when their questions pertain precisely to what one wrote in the personal statement?!
i wrote about the clinical experiences ive had and why i think osteopathic is the best fit for me. but now, it seems these secondaries (at least the available ones) are asking me to explain the SAME exact things...
😕

i feel ... redundant 🙁

What is special about the school that makes you warm and tingly inside. - you have to say it with a bit of professonalism, ofcourse.

It does end up being somewhat redundant but you don't want it to be too much so. I took the approach of addressing my clinical experiences from angles I didn't cover in my personal statement. For example in my ps I talked about a specific patient/experience when I volunteered at the hospital. In my secondaries I focused more broadly on my general duties and what it meant to me. Basically you just have to find ways to be creative and try to introduce new aspects about yourself and your experiences. It can definitely be hard. :luck:
