I can't submit my transcript for my Primaries

Hey everyone, I'm in a weird situation. I haven't paid off my full tuition fees, mainly cause im broke as hell :/ . Hopefully within the next week I should be good. I just wanted to ask if I submit my primaries lets say around the end of June, would I still be fine? I know verification time varies, could probably take a month or who knows how long. If I were to prewrite my secondaries, would I catch up on lost time? I mean I wish there was a way to submit my primary now, but my university has my account on hold because I have yet to pay my fees, so I can't send out my transcript for verification. This f***ing sucks.

I'm just assuming my fees will be paid off by next week. What if they were paid off lets say by first week of July? Whats a date range that would put me in a bad situation?

By mid-July, you are getting into territory that would make your application a bit later than is ideal.

To add on: start writing drafts for common secondary questions so that when you do get verified, you can hit the ground running. Good luck
