I don't have contact info for AMCAS post-secodary stuff...what to do?

I've lost track of several of the contact people for my post-secondary experiences...what have you others done when this happens? For jobs just give HR info, and they can verify that yes I did what I said did? For my college sports just give the rec department contact and hopefully they can verify my place on a team 4 years ago?

Has anyone else had this problem, and how did you get around it? Thanks!

i had no idea of contact info for one of my jobs and just put some faculty member who worked on the project as a contact even though i'm sure he has no idea who i am. i don't think they actually contact these people, so it's not that big of a deal as long as you really did the activity and can put someone down who can verify you did it. can you give your sports coach? that's what i did. i'm sure the director of athletics would be fine as well.
