Good job, I am happy for you. I just had my interview at Meharry last Friday. The school is great. I am surprised that no one really knows about it. I was throughly impressed. I hope we are classmates. I am waiting to hear from them. How long after your interview did it take for them to notify you? Good luck!!!

How did your interview go? mine went really well, and I heard from them within one week after the interview. I have a problem right now, I just got accepted to SIU-SDM. I don't know which school to pick, I was highly impressed with both schools. Good luck, I know you will be hearing the good new pretty soon.

Congratulations! I applied to Meharry, but I have not heard anything definite. I called to check on the status of my application, and they(admissions) keep telling me that the doctors are still reviewing my application. Do you know when they are going to stop interviewing?

I think meharry will be interviewing until end of april. I'm 100% sure of this, but you can call the school and ask. Ask for miss Baity when you call she will be able to answer your questions. What other school did you apply to and have you heard anything yet? I'm 80% sure that am not going to be attending meharry this fall, hopefully someone from SDN will get my spot. Good luck.

I have spoken with Ms. Baity several times to check on the status of my application. The only school I applied to was Meharry. I am married and very limited in respect to the schools that I can attend. Plus, I am very impressed with the research that I have read related to the performance of their candidates on NBEs. I also appreciate the history of the school and their mission. This is my first year to apply, and I also applied late. I guess that I am just very anxious about hearing from the school. I don't really expect to get in, but it would be nice. My DAT scores were okay (17AA;17PAT). I also have a GPA of 3.5. On the other hand, the last time I was a full-time student was in 1997. If I don't get in this year, I am going to try to raise my scores and apply to more schools next year. Thanks for the information.🙂
