This CCS software is awful. First, there are way too many commands and I have to be pretty specific about each one. For example there is a case where I have to notify child protective services. You have to type 'child protective services' because 'notify child protective services' doesn't work! If I type something and it doesn't pop up, how am I supposed to know if the program recognizes it or not? Am I supposed to waste precious time typing out all the possibilities? Also, it keeps CUTTING me off early. At the end, there is always some part about how I need to discharge them and make a follow up appointment but it always ends the case early for me. I know it's not a time issue because I have yet to use over 10 minutes per case. I get the diagnoses, I do the treatment, I want to wait an extra day to see if treatment helps and it ends the case for me before I can schedule follow up, or plan discharge.

Also, when it cuts me off early, am I supposed to assume that the person is going home (or dead) and change all my IV meds to PO? or will it fault me for not continuing treatment? 😡

In another case, one treatment is dependant on another first. I started the 1st treatment, then I started the second treatment. Both treatments require monitoring. Before I can reach adequate levels...I get CUT OFF!!!

ARGH, is the real version this frustrating?

TLDR version: the CCS software has many frustrating faults and I am venting like a MOFO.
