So I am a senior and im scheduling my Spring semester schedule and then graduate.

I applied to 15 schools, only 1 school UF requires 4 credits of Biochemistry. My college has 3 credit course and 2 credit lab so if i go to UF, i have to take lab.

The thing is I got rejected from UF. I have yet to get any acceptances. Do i have to take biochem lab not that UF rejected me or can i take it just in case i reapply next year (if need be)

check the pre-reqs of the other schools you applied to. Most of the schools that require biochem do not need the lab portion of it. Unlike med schools, d-schools that require biochem will probably be satisfied with the lecture only. Again confirm this with the individual schools via their respective websites or via a phone call to admissions.

the only school that i applied to hat requires biochem 4 credits is UF, but i rejected from there.

If i reapply next year - that means i already graduated with only 3 credit biochem - how do i take the lab before admission to UF ?

either find a school that will allow you to take lab separately or you might have to retake the whole course with lab. Most schools I know of have lab and lecture together and they cannot be taken separately.

how many interviews? biochem with lab is a waste of time, if you do apply again next year call up UF let them know the situation, and if something goes fishy just take a biochem class online.

So if i graduate College with only 3 credits of Biochemistry and I reapply in June (after graduation) . if i reapply to schools that need 4 credits, how do I take the lab course after i graduate ?

ALso on AADSAS I put that I will be taking Biochem lab in the "Planned courses section" .. but after scheduling conflicts i dont think I can take lab. Is this okay, can i update it later ?
