hey, overall it looks pretty good, however your PAT score could use a little improvement. but with that said, you should still give it a shot and apply

As I'm sure you know by now, every year it's getting more and more competitive. And though your science scores are good, the math, reading and PAT are bellow average. Those are 3 important sections, especially RC and PAT.
If you want to be competitive at most schools I suggest retaking the exam and focusing on your weakest subjects.
Also, I would suggest avoiding applying to schools that focus on the PAT section, like UoP, or other schools that have very high DAT averages, like Harvard, UCSF, UCLA, Columbia, UPenn, etc.
It would help a lot if you are a resident of a state that has a dent school which only allows instate students to apply, like Georgia or Mississippi. You might encounter some hesitation from many of the private schools or California schools, even though your GPA is solid.
I don't mean to be harsh, but to ensure the highest chances of acceptance I would suggest retaking the dat. Check out www.predents.com for some of the averages reported by the schools to the ADEA.
Good luck! Hope everything works out...

Hey rahzan,
Same case with my DAT results. I was half happy, and half upset. But the angry factor is kicking in as my mom is very angry at me for doing poorly on the Bio and O-Chem section, and she's b_tching at me for having to dish out another $170 for me to re-take the test. We even had a heated verbal argument yesterday after she kept whining about how old she's getting, how poor my family is. She's also angry at how I had half a month to study, and how I should be working making $$$$, yada yada yada. At least you don't have a bitchy mom like I do.
