Do I address the letter to the Dean of Admissions or just to the ADCOM? Anyone know who the dean of Adm is for Mt.Sinai? I looked all over the website and couldn't find it!

I wrote mine to the dean, but jlee is right the adcom should work. In the end you just want it in your file so it can be reviewed with your app.

i dont know if this comes too late. ide say go with the dean of admissions. yes, you just want them to read it. but at some schools, like usc, the dean of admissions actually reads them personally and takes it into account.
but obviously if you did just do it to the adcom, thats okay too.

    good luck.
