Hi, my name is Samantha Long and I am a sophmore attending Lemoore High School. I am doing a job interview, and I need someone who is a Licensed Surgeon of anykind to help me out please. All you will need to do is answer a few questions that I will email to you. It will take very little of your time. If you are interested, please email me at [email protected] or [email protected] as soon as possible. THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME.

Seriously, what job (esp. for a HS student) requires interviewing a surgeon? Something related to journalism, maybe??

It is an assignment where I do research on the job want to go after when going to college. I have to interview someone with the job I picked, so that I can understand a little bit more about what it takes to do the job.

It's funny how some people can find time to poke fun but not to help out. Grow up!

You are insightful, giving, and mature.

What is that? A comeback?!?!

There are a lot of residents and medical students that surf this board, but not many staff surgeons. There is one i think -- her name is womansurg.

Another option would be to open your local phone book, and start calling surgeon's offices until you find someone that is willing to answer your questions - maybe even in person. Or you could fake appendicitis and meet a surgeon that way (but you may end up with a big scar on your belly, so you may not want to pursue this option)
