I'm applying to medical school this year after a couple years out of school. As I have been looking back on my coursework, I realized that I never took a second semester physics lab or a second semester orgo lab. I've only taken the lab for the first semester in these classes. Should I repeat both of these this summer? Any response would be much appreaciated!

From what I understand, yes. Yes, you need to take those labs. The general requirement for almost every medical school is bio, chem, ochem, and phys two semesters plus labs. Unless you had some extenuating circumstances to get an override, these will be required to be finished before you matriculate into medical school.

It actually depends on your undergraduate institution. Some combine lecture with lab and, at my institution for instance, there is only one semester of orgo lab and that somehow counts for two semesters in the eyes of medical school. It's best to ask your school's premed advisor / career services.
