I Need Help From Everybody

Hi there,
Well I know that most of you guys who write in this forum is either studyin at US or CA universities,,, and your syllabus at school doesnt differ that much from NBDE especially part one....
So I need many tips and help from you guys...
As Im studying at Cairo university which differ alot in terms of the content which I saw in Kaplan book

I got Kaplan Review book and gona take the video lecture tapes at Kaplan Centre in Egypt. Im getting the dental decks soon.
So if any body could help me out plz do...
just give me ideas how 2 study well and if any one got good notes or stuff plz email me

One more question,,, is Kaplan Review book enough? sometimes i feel its just main points? is it enough or do i have to expand my knowledge by referring to other text books?
