Consult your guidance counselor.
I would not recommend dual-enrollment classes until you are absolutely sure you will succeed in them.
In my personal experience AP Bio and AP Chem have been the most helpful classes I took in HS.

Cmon I need a real response based on actual experience

Are you transferring high schools? Only you and your counselor knows if taking 6 classes plus labs will be too much. My son took 4 AP classes and 2 college courses one year. He worked hard but ended up with all As and 5s on the AP tests. I thought it was too intense but he did fine. The college classes were not science classes. He waited to take those in college.

Oh yes, let me go find the guy who went to your school and took that exact same schedule. I know he's around here somewhere...

Back on topic, being snarky does nothing for you. And quite honestly, without any context as to what these classes are or how you perform as a student, how do you expect us to make any judgement whatsoever? In high school, I was involved in varsity sports, competed in Academic Decathlon and Science Olympiad all the while taking every IB and AP class I could get my grubby hands on. I was a National Merit Finalist and a valedictorian. I passed every level of the ABRSM piano performance examinations. If I said, "yeah, that sounds easy, go ahead and do it," does that really mean anything to you without context as to how difficult my school is compared to yours? Lastly, do you think any medical school was remotely interested in my high school performance? (The answer is a resounding no).

Real talk? Evaluate how difficult your previous year and semester were. Did you have free time? Would you be comfortable giving up said free time to pursue other interests? How are you doing in school? Would your GPA be helped if you took less classes? What does your counselor think? Where do you want to attend college? All of these would be better uses of your time and efforts. Most of us here on this forum are well past our high school years, and can only give you anecdotal evidence at best. Even the SAT you take will be different than the one the vast majority of us took.

Lol someone's mad lolollolol you mad show off this is me hahahahahahahahha im a valedictorian i got a scholarship og tell youre achievements to someone who cares

Dude you're 15...go chase some girls (or boys if you rock that way). No way at 15 that you know for sure you wanna be a doctor.

Clearly you're smart, but that doesn't really help you that much anymore. Everyone applying to medical school is smart. You're gonna have to differentiate yourself down the line and show that you really care about helping people, but none substantial of that nature can be done/will matter as a high schooler.

this really smacks of immaturity, but i shouldn't be surprised considering youre in high school
