Briefly,
Overall, it sounds like it'll be hard to get into an MD allopathic school. To properly gauge, we'd probably need to know:
-What caliber school did you transfer into?
-Did you transfer credits when you went to your new school? (i.e. were you fast tracked into junior year at your new school because you already had a bunch of credits from a previous school?)
-Any research?
-Breakdown of MCAT score?
-Any other extracurriculars?
You may have a 3.8 GPA at your new school but the AMCA will combine all your undergraduate grade and your real reported average will be significantly lower. If you have <7 on any of the sections of that MCAT, you seriously need to consider retaking it. Also with your history, a 3 year stint of shadowing is not impressive at all. Hopefully you have other parts of your CV that will help buffer your past.
