I officially admit that I have a problem, now what?

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.

I used to be the same way. You chase the challenge because you feel like it gives what you're doing more meaning and you feel better about yourself when you make it out alive. I don't know, it wore off for me sometime after the MCAT when I was just burned out and tired of academics.

Ha! Interesting! The Cliffs of Moher. I went there a few years ago and hopped a couple of fences to creep down to the very side of the cliffs and put my arms up and lean slightly over against the wind. Most epic moment of my life.

You should probably talk to counseling services on your campus. I'm sure they will be more capable of helping you than anyone on this forum.
