Its a program through AAOMS where a surgeon sponsors an assistant to becoming certified as an anesthesia assistant. Pretty cool thing to get if you're an oral surgery assistant.

That listing is for medical anesthesiology assistants...i.e., working in the OR under an anesthesiologist's supervision. It's a master's-degree level position.
