I am about to go to a Caribbean medical school which is going to run me about 250k! im going to be applying for loans of course to pay this off
the thing is...from the 3 credit cards i got while in undergrad... i have many late payments (a few 60 days. late a few 90!!!) and my credit rating is really really bad because of that. i only owe 3600 in total (on all 3), but still, my credit card suck ass... but i never had any other debt other than those 3 credit cards!

do you think i will get the loans that are usually put out for carib students? or will i have a trouble getting them?
is there a quick way to fix that?

Do you have anyone who can cosign for you?

yep i have 1 person for sure

A cosigner can overcome virtually any credit blemishes if the cosigner has good enough credit, as the bank knows that they can always come after him. You however, should seriously think on why this happened in the first place. You will have no income for 4 years, a paltry income after that for 3+ years if you're lucky, and no true guarantee that you will match in the US. Debt can eat you alive. I'm not preaching, but be careful. Also, realize that you can destroy the credit of your cosigner if you don't make it through or don't match and just carry around however many years of debt to pay off. If you go, make sure you earn it, and make doubly sure that you do well enough to get a spot back here in the states. If you had some trouble with 3600, 250000 will be more difficult.

Best of luck.

i will be able to arrange a part time income during medical school working as a web designer...

infact i never really had a problem paying off those 3600... i just kept forgetting ..an delaying the payments 🙁

This is why automatic payments help people who don't have enough sense to manage their credit... Why don't you sign up for emails when your statements come and online statements? That is a reminder right there.

Borrowing 250K for a Caribbean MD is INSANE....read that again.

That is financial suicide. Seriously think again FFS.
