Holy ****

I just finished rounds today. I was examining my ileus patient and I started palpating the abdomen when she farted so loudly. I tried to look away, but she got red in the face and started to giggle. I started laughing so hard. I felt for pedal edema and made my escape. I should have seen this coming. Oh well, live and learn 🙂

Thats it, I quit.

If she had recently come out of surgery, farting would actually be a good sign.
