Just too the second NBME assessment...got a 680. Pretty pleased with that since I thought it was harder than the 1st one. While I dont expect a 260, it sure would be nice 😉

Im thinking of you all, as we go into battle together. Good luck to everyone taking it today and tomorrow.

Any last minute suggestions? Any developmental milestones or embryological 'moments' that I should be aware of? Something I may have forgotten?

What was the pic of the baby with a cleft lip? What type of inheritance?
Thanks ahead of time

Careful discussing specific NBME questions on here. They do monitor these boards. Big brotha is watching.

I was referring to the NBME Self -assessment test- is that taboo too? I didn't realize 🙁

Yep..You have to pay for those so its not "free information". There is a disclaimer you have to read and agree to when you purchase these that says that you will not reproduce the questions.

Thanks Idio-
I really wasn't trying to pull as fast one- I figured the SAs were fair game to discuss. OOPS

Ok, NBME SA questions aside, during my studies I don't recall reading about the cause of a cleft lip except for Patau's syndrome and that it's a failure of fusion of maxillary and medial nasal processes... that's about it.

Am I missing the point?
