I just took CS and I feel like I failed. I am an American medical student. I did read through first aid but I forgot to ask every question about sexual history, I did not transition well, I did not explain my physical exam findings. I just tried to get through the first aid checklists. I dont know I just dont feel good about it. I'm already matched. What will my residency program to do me if i don't pass!

Take a deep breath. All you can do is wait and see. Two things you might want to do:
1- Figure out when your score comes out.
2- Figure out what your residency program's policy is regarding people who fail CS. My program's website states that it requires residents to have a passing score by the END of intern year... something to think about.
3- You have a 95% chance pass rate... all you can do is hope!

Did you speak english? Did you wash your hands? Did you ask the questions? You probably passed. The sad thing is that most AMGs pass for free; it takes some brutal incompetency on CS to fail. So have faith you likely succeeded.
In the result of a failure, its time to contact your PD an ask. You cant find that out until you get your score back. Chill out until you get the score. You can't do anything about it regardless, so don't let it weigh on you. Enjoy the rest of your free life; its all about to end come July 1.
I did wash my hands but my histories and physical exams were nothing close to perfect or complete. I am an AMG and I speak english but I have found other AMGS who failed (on this website!). But yes, I will relax since there is nothing else for me to do now.
I think many people have the same post exam worries...you start thinking of all the little (and occasional big) things you didn't do or can't remember if you did, and then that's often worsened by a creeping feeling of guilt of not devoting a huge amount of prep time the way you did for the other Steps or shelves. Just remember that this exam isn't looking for perfection--they know you don't have time to do everything. You're right, there's nothing you can do now but wait...but just remind yourself, as someone else posted, statistics are in your favor. Also, find the posts of the ridiculous things people have done and still managed to pass.

Can't help you there. I thought I raped it (given that I followed a string of Indians, one of whom could not understand then instructions "stop when time is called" and "don't open patient information until instructed to do so") and I turned out to do pretty well.
If you did what you think you're supposed to do, you passed. if you think you missed something only after a full exam and history, you probably did miss something. The cool thing about this exam? You still pass even if you don't get every little thing. Im pretty sure one of my peds patients was supposed to have mono. Guess what I didn't do. Yeah. Check a spleen. Oops. Realized it AFTER i left the room so ordered the test. Still got marks far right of average.

I think if you know about Erb's point you're freaking out unnecessarily. I had to look it up since we're not taught about it for the cardiac physical exam despite a whole lot of standardized patient time in the curriculum. I wasn't trying to be a smart *&^.
You missed PMH, et cetera in the beginning but got it done. You were nice to the standardized patients. You spoke English well. Did you come up with stuff for the differential and diagnostic testing? I think the fact that you didn't miss counseling the patient will help you, not hurt you. Again, from what I can tell this test isn't about perfection. Still, I understand the nervousness. Try to think about other things in the meantime since fretting about it isn't going to change your performance and will just make you miserable.
