We have stopped offering them indefinitely. We tried doing a bunch a couple of weeks ago and it caused unacceptable technical issues. The only way to change names at this time is to move to a new account, unfortunately. Shoot me a PM if you want me to "retire" your current account and set you up with a new one.

It looks like I could put it in manually and keep your current expiration date.
