Hello. I am nearing the start of my senior year, and I've been thinking of what path I want to follow in life. I am currently weighing the idea of becoming a Clinical Psychologist as a career choice. I understand the years of school involved, but I feel like it's well worth it in the end, albeit I'm not a good high school student, but I feel like that isn't an important factor in my future. (My GPA is a 3.0...it's decent. I've taken a fair share of honors classes, but no AP.)
What I want to know, and probably need to know, is how do I succeed? I am interested in understanding the human mind, and helping people deal with their own personal issues. My ultimate goal would be to establish my own practice and essentially become my own boss, so how can I be successful in doing so?
