I believe the first step is to learn English properly.

Also, I don't think one necessarily improves by going to America. I'm not from America so I can't really help you, but to be completely honest I wouldn't go, mostly because:
1. learning is easier in your native language. I don't think I would even be able to keep up, yet alone be equal or stand out
2. money (I hear education in America is ridiculously expensive)
3. you probably wouldn't end up going to Harvard or whatever top medical school, and I'm willing to bet your school is just as good as any mediocre American medical school

You very likely not be granted admission to an american school.... are you wanting the US for residency, or for medical school? I am not really sure how to answer your question because you don't appear to really understand what medical education is like in the USA.

You should do a lot more research about how the American medical education system works. You don't seem to understand how things work.

ــ are there Institute has medical programs for medical students, such as Kaplan, Which gives lessons in usmle ?

Agree with this.

OP - Do a quick google search on medical schools in the US.

I don't know what KSA is, so I don't know where you're from.

Yes. However you need to be a medical graduate to take the tests. These will not help you as a foreign medical student.

the usmles are given much by many company. can you give me money now?

I don't quite understand your post. In the U.S., there are no programs held in a hospital without university affiliation. The way it works here is that you complete the first four years of college after high school. You then apply and get accepted to medical schools. The first two years are in the classroom. The next two years are in the hospital. You have to complete all four years to get a medical degree, so half your education will not be in a hospital. After you graduate from medical school, you complete a hospital residency in your specialty.

Mayo?.... I am not super clear on their structure but I don't think they are a university.

They're not a traditional university, but it's my understanding that they still have two years of pre-clinical courses that aren't held in the hospital. I could be wrong on that though.

Could be. It doens't take too much to do pre-clinical years though. Especially for the small class they have. We have fewer than half a dozen lecture halls which are used by both pre-clinic classes as well as pharmacy, dental, and some UG. I think we are in them most often, but still.

Everyone has classes but many rotations/residencies have no university affiliation.

A number of DO schools don't have an official affiliated hospital and their students do rotations wherever they can.

Also there are several stand alone med schools which I would not call a university per se.

That is kind of the opposite of what he was describing. He said every med school is affiliated with a university, not that they are all affiliated with a hospital (or do I need to re-read..... 😕)

My point is they are neither always associated with a university or a hospital. I cite numerous examples of both of these cases.

You did? I see that you gave examples of schools not associated with hospitals, but that wasn't really in question. I wasn't trying to be argumentative, but I just don't see it as terribly informative to the question at hand.

at the DO schools, the rotations are still bound to their home university/medical college. Just because they outsource doesn't mean that these medical students are not tied to their school. Mayo is the only candidate that is an accredited medical degree provider who may not have a university tied to it.... on that part im not sure.

According to the US department of education a university is “An educational institution that usually maintains one or more four-year undergraduate colleges (or schools) with programs leading to a bachelor's degree, a graduate school of arts and sciences awarding master's degrees and doctorates (Ph.D.s), and graduate professional schools.”

Obviously there are varying definitions. When I hear "university" I think of something which has multiple degree programs, generally at multiple levels of study.

Its semantics I know and I am kinda giving an smart ass response...but that is the definition I was basing my previous responses on.

I have no idea what the OP was asking...I don't think there is any where in the civilized world you just "show up" in a rando hospital and start training w/o any formal schooling.

im... im not really sure what led you to believe that I am unaware of the definition of university. that is why I put "university/medical college". 😕

I would agree with you on the later part.
