Hello everyone,

So I have a unique question about my IA that I "thought" I had received. Last application cycle, I reported that I had a minor alcohol violation (drinking on campus but I was over 21) and also that for one quarter my GPA dropped to 1.5. As it turns out, according to my dean's office, neither were actually an IA. In fact, the Dean's Certification letter that was sent to Boston said that I had no IA at all. I am unsure as to what to do with the IA question on this application cycle since I technically do not have an IA. Granted they will see that I answered yes to this question last year. Any advice? As of now, I put yes again and explained that while the IA isn't really an IA, I felt it prudent to disclose.

Best,
M

If the Dean says it wasn't an IA, then it wasn't an IA.
