IB Credits

Hey guys! Do the IB classes that I took in high school count towards credits on the application? Most schools require 90 credits, but is that before applying or before graduating?

As far as the 90 credit requirement goes, I'm pretty sure that's before matriculating (not applying). Each school tends to handle advanced placement/IB credits differently - some will count it towards the credit limit but not for fulfilling requirements, some won't count it at all, etc.
