Does everyone get sent out a supplemental for ICO? Or is there selectivity in who they send it out to

I believe ICO and a few other schools send out supplementals to specific students they’re interested in. Some schools’ supplementals are a part of the OptomCAS application (i.e. SUNY and NECO) and just the fees have to be filled separately. That’s just what I’ve noticed and read about.
