Is there a Green Book (Pocket Medicine) equivalent for the ICUs for IM PGY-1s and PGY-2s? I know The ICU Book is a great reference but I need something that I can carry in my pocket/on me for quick references in regards to summarized patho-phys and management. I guess UpToDate will do as well but I'm a huge fan of the Pocket Medicine book. I've been told there is a Pocket ICU book, but it looks like it just came out and there isn't much information/reviews on it yet.

When I was on ICU a while back as an intern, I ran through these algorithms on Cleveland Clinic's website. There isn't much pathophys explained there, but the steps are quite useful when you have to make quick decisions. Just do a google search. Good luck.

Washington manual for ICU is pretty good. Helped a lot on my ICU months when I was a student. Definitely getting my own when I'm an intern next month.
