Hey guys, need your help with some stuff here🙂.
Destroyer q #8, 2009 version says:
"all molecules of an ideal gas have the same kinetic energy at constant temperature". This statement according to Destroyer is wrong. (the question asks which of the following is wrong)
Now, i have just read that "for a given temperature, all gas molecules - no matter what their mass - have the same average translational kinetic energy"
What is the deal with these two statements??? Maybe I''m just to tired and can't think strait. Is it because of the word "average"?
