when did both of you send in your Idaho Residency Worksheet?

I don't remember the exact date, but I did it right around when I submitted my app. Mailing date of that was 7/2

I set up my interview for the 28th because the other dates conflicted with tests and things. I sent in my residency form in June, maybe 3rd week but when I talked with them about 2 weeks ago Creighton hadn't sent my file over so they were waiting on Creighton.
