Sorry it's been late and so brief lately. Got caught in unexpected things.

Getting on with it.

A molotov cocktail came flying into EC's camp last night. No word on where it came from, but it didn't do much other than stoke up the flames of EC's campfire, so she shrugged and returned to feeding her dogs.

One player - WTF - was forcibly moved into Cohort 3.

Somewhere in there, a player was attacked by a Yeti, but the player was able to deal with it with one hand tied behind her back and both eyes closed. Remarkable. Rumors floated around that the Yeti didn't MEAN to attack, but was actually attracted by scent to the player and was making amorous advances.

Last, and most .. unfortunate .. a player reported heading over to Devyn's camp just to chat about trail conditions. The player arrived in camp just in time to see a big brown bear attack Devyn, who was tied down and slathered with peanut butter. The player attempted to intervene with her rules-required axe, but the bear rolled its eyes and continued eating. The last thing seen was Devyn's screaming head as it disappeared down the gullet. With a loud belch, the bear wandered away. Sayonara for a second time, Devyn.

Lynch will close as soon as we get sufficient voting to deem it closeable. Let's get this game wrapped up!!!! I am going all Crazy Used Car Salesman on night objects: I will allow 0 defensive items from here on out. I will allow 1 nighttime assassination object - first come, first serve, whether you're a wolf or a villager. I will allow 1 investigation - same deal. I will accept 0 silencing items. Any other craziness is more than welcome, but for the basics, those are your limits.

The Yeti was actually me - I evaded it thankfully although it forcefully moved me to a different cohort.

I am debating between hedgie and vetgirl, since the whole Yeti scent thing is slightly reminiscent of the Raquel Welch deal with the seduction and all....
 
I went back and looked at a couple people's old posts from the beginning of the game until now. Hedgiehog has really only posted to cast votes and that's it. She hasn't contributed anything in terms of trying to figure out strategy or even explaining her vote. She has also posted the least out of the remaining players. I think this might be her trying to fly under the radar. For those reasons, lynch hedgiehog

Agreed. I just picked one. Isn't hedgie usually more active? I know the first game I played with her (Disney...way back when), it was like every other post was hers. Now her post count is towards the low end on the thread. However, we could also be dealing with a noob wolf. Not really sure.

Interesting. I was trying to send a message and it was blocked, and I was attacked. Does that mean there were 3 attacks?

(also the reason I figured he wrote in that it was attracted to scent was because my whole camp reeks of wolverine urine. :meanie:)

Wouldn't that make 4 though? There were three in the write up: EC, WTF (the Yeti story) and Devyn. So you would be a forth attack.

the attack on EC doesn't sound like a wolf attack to me. The others kinda do.

Anyway, wldlf and hedgie are on my shortlist right now. I am not terribly suspicious of vetgirl at this time but I fully admit it may be because it's easier for me to get a read on people I'm used to playing with and she is new here.

Those games I played way back when were before I had a full time job. Working at a job where you're short staffed will do that.

The attack on EC wasn't a wolf attack. It was a villager attack by me. I hurled a Molotov cocktail at her camp because I was suspicious but it did nothing.

I know the one on EC sounds like some kind of item. Could have been created by a villager or a wolf. I know when I switched groups I received a pm about being tied up with a bag over my head and being thrown into the new cohort. It's possible the mods or someone else even thought it would be funny to have a Yeti attack someone during this time. While the Yeti could be wolfy, could also just be an item or a mod creation. Which might mean there were only two actual attacks. The one on Devyn sounds just about like the other wolf attacks. However, we don't have a description of what happened to you.
 
Honestly if you guys choose to lynch me you really won't be losing much. The first night I used a poisonous fish to protect nyanko but it wasn't needed. The second night I used the evil seeking puppies to investigate devyn who came back clean. Then I tried to harpoon a player but it didn't work. The night after kaydubs first lynch failed I put a totem pole in front of her camp to scare her. Last night I stole alcohol from WTF to make a Molotov cocktail.

Do what you gotta. I haven't been following along well lately.

Most of that doesn't sound too bad, but why would you try to harpoon someone? Unless you knew they were bad? But then why not come out and name that player like all the rest?
 
I only tried to investigate once because that seemed like what everyone would be doing and LIS said they would take a few items. I didn't want my item to be rejected because I had the same as three other people before me.

I tried to harpoon vetgirl because I thought she was suspicious. I was told I missed.

Made it back rob the desert. So long tundra...I investigated devyn last night. She didn't have her healing abilities, and wasn't a wolf.
 
I really don't get why I seem so suspicious to you guys. I have really been trying to help. I have only had a couple items get accepted, but I haven't attacked anyone-unlike Hedgie who has admitted to attacking multiple people. I guess you won't be losing much though since I can't really do anything.

Yep I attacked two people I was suspicious of. In most games there are items to attack an silence other players. I made my own figuring it would silence or block you guys. Also you can do stuff if you get creative.
