If a secondary prompt mentions "underserved communities", does this mainly pertain to being "medically" underserved?

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
Honestly I can't think of any underserved community that wouldn't be medically underserved. Could you provide an example?

They usually intersect, but not all the time. Asian immigrants for example can be medically underserved, but they wouldn't experience social justice that badly like "police profiling". This is an extreme example, of course. And like I said, they usually intersect.

Very rural communities are often underserved in some respects, but not others.

while they lean to medically underserved, having worked with other groups such as at-risk youths, immigrants, homeless, etc, that is as acceptable and is sought out by adcoms

Does LGBT count as "underserved" community?
