I'm wondering if the term "underserved communities" is also used in other aspects such as social justice, economic stability, etc.

This is what I was thinking. Any medical underserved population would likely be underserved in general.

They usually intersect, but not all the time. Asian immigrants for example can be medically underserved, but they wouldn't experience social justice that badly like "police profiling". This is an extreme example, of course. And like I said, they usually intersect.
