If I buy MSAR now, will I have access to the updated one in March/April?

So the current MSAR is published for 2016; I think it said it updates for 2017 in March or April

If I pay for the year subscription today, will I get the update as well when it comes out?

Access to the MSAR always gives you the current edition + the edition from one year prior. Each april it updates so you lose one year's data and gain the recent year. You get the update for free.

Does anyone know if the new version will have new MCAT scores for matriculants?

Yes it will, it will be the data for the class that entered a few months ago in ~Aug 2016. About half that cohort had the new MCAT.
