If I'm waiting on LORs, there's no "benefit" to sending in secondaries now?

As opposed to waiting a few weeks when all my LORs are ready.

I'm waiting for my second "science" letter which a lot of schools require. Am I right in thinking there's no point in rushing these secondaries since I won't be complete until that letter is in?

might as well send them in so you're just waiting on 1 thing. what if your secondary gets lost in the mail and delays your file even longer?

Heh. My typical answer would be if I spend this much time on an app and it gets lost in the mail, the supernatural deity of your choosing just doesn't want me to go to that school. 😛

But seriously, I'm not happy with a lot of my essays (all very rushed) and if it won't make a difference if they're sent today or next Monday I'd rather get some second opinions first. I made that mistake with AMCAS - sent it out before I was probably ready, and it doesn't even matter now since I'm waiting for LORs anyway.

keep working on it until you're satisfied, but then there's no need to just keep it sitting there.
