I'm on my final year in medical school in Saudi Arabia my GP is 3.1 out of 5 and I'll complete my internship in my country after that I hope to go the US to enter a preventive medicine residency program and I really doesn't know what I'm getting myself in to so please please bless me with your words..

You haven't provided us with even a fraction of the information we'd need to actually give you an educated guess, not to mention how unimportant foreign GPAs are (even if they're using a 4-point system like most of the world is).

Do yourself a favor and read EVERYTHING there. Once you have a feel for "what you are getting yourself into," that's when you should start asking some specific questions.
