But if you must, Crush plus some questions (preferably ones you don't have to pay for...if your library subscribes to AccessMedicine, you should be able to get USMLEasy Lite for free which was all the questions I did) is more than enough.

I struggled with the same question, just wasn't comfortable not having "a book".

Never ended up getting one though. Did USMLE world questions (didn't finish them all) and did fine.
