I want to take physics after I send in the application but have all the other prereqs done. Will it hurt my chances of acceptance since i'm not done with physics? Thanks

In the case of physics, no, it shouldn't hurt you a bit. Go ahead and apply. Schools will want to know that you are finishing the course and the final grade - so don't totally bomb it when you get an acceptance.
