Put the old nonsafety lid on the new amber vial. Have fun.
Legitimately have had elderly call (on MD line of course...FFS) asking how to open. One elderly woman attempted to open using a can opener...><
What kills me is the person chooses to call and despite instructing them in several ways how to palm it off/use 2 hands if necessary, ask if anyone in the house can assist, etc. they still can't get it off & expect you to make a house call/close the pharmacy to come twist off a safety cap. Sure can update profile settings for non-safety cap...but Why the F do these elderly ALWAYS end up using the MD line? I Never put safety caps on NTG for obvious reasonsIf they can't open it then I wouldn't blame them for calling. What if they need nitro or something?

Look at Mr. Tech Hours over here!Just have your techs screen the MD line.
Guess the idea of sarcasm has not been introduced to you yet.Do they not come off or something? That sounds like a cruel thing to do to elderly patients.

Hence, getting "rid" of old customers? is what he meant maybe? hahaIf they can't open it then I wouldn't blame them for calling. What if they need nitro or something?
Get rid of the jerk ones I presume. 20% of the customers cause 80% of the problems. When you say old customers, do you mean old age? or customers who's been coming to your pharmacy for along time? Either way, why would you want to get rid of them?
The sooner the baby boomers begin to die off, the better for society. Tired of changing adult diapers

as is medical care - they/we all paid into medicare (although you generally get more than you pay under the current system, but the opposite is true with social security)The cartoon is entertaining. However we should never use social security against someone who has worked their whole life. Social security is not a welfare program to those who have worked for a living. It is money they are due.
