you need to contact each school for this information. This is all that CU's website says:

The School of Dental and Oral Surgery considers applications for transfer at the beginning of the second year only, on a case-by-case basis. (Students may not transfer into SDOS in the third or fourth year of the program.) Space availability, similarities in curriculum between the school of origin and SDOS, and educational background are taken into consideration when reviewing applications.
