For those of you who've already been invited for interviews, are you pretty much on your own in terms of finding a way to get to the schools from the airport and finding a place to spend the night before the interview? I'm just wondering if the dental schools provide this type of information or if you have to find them out for yourself.

Also on a similar note, do most ppl go to their interviews a day early to spend the night or is it common to take a red-eye flight and arrive there early in the morning?

In the information that Case sent to me they also sent me the numbers of a few hotels that I could stay at! They also have a list of directions to the school if you are coming by plane, or driving! I actually have a friend who is a 1st year this year and I am going out a day before and I'll ride to school with him, so I pretty much lucked out in that respect. I would just make sure that you give yourself enough time to get to your interview on time, whether it is with a red-eye flight or not! Good luck

anyone else that can provide some input? maybe at other schools?

I would not get their the morning of your interview unless you would like to present yourself as garbled mess during the interview. If your flight runs late, you'll really look like schmuck.

Fly into the city the night before and check the place out a little, you want to get an idea of how you like the surrounding area in addition to the school.
